Easy Exchanges and Returns

• Returns and exchanges accepted within 7 days of receipt, please message for your prepaid label

• Please note that customer pays return postage that includes insurance.

• Exchanges are gratis.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached, returned as they were received.

Bespoke Orders and Returns

• A very limited number of bespoke orders are accepted annually due to their time requirements

• An initial complimentary meeting kicks off the discussion with client to insure needs can be met, followed by the submittal of contract.

• Most bespoke garments require six months from start to finish.

• Bespoke is not returnable due to nature of custom work.

• I work closely with each client to insure all details of the highest standards are executed.
